I am a Dominican painter born in Puerto Rico and based in Texas since 2001. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2013, where I developed a strong foundation in painting, with an emphasis on oil and portraiture.
My practice values observation, patience, and intention. I am deeply interested in the relationship between artist, object, and viewer, and I bring that same care to teaching and collaboration. Painting, for me, is both a personal discipline and a shared experience.
